Meet the team

Why we do what we do.

Watching our communities struggle with access to care and resource scarcity is difficult. Unfortunately, some of the most vulnerable people end up bearing the brunt of the current state of healthcare.

At Wayfinder Health, we combine healthcare system expertise and decades of patient care leadership to help aging adults and their families navigate complex health and care decisions with confidence.
