Laddi Woolhouse
RN, BN, Med Counselling Psychology
Widely respected across Montreal’s healthcare community, Laddi is known for her warmth, integrity, and compassionate approach to care.
She holds a BN degree degree and a Master’ in Counselling Psychology from McGill university, combining deep clinical expertise with a strong understanding of the patient experience and health system. After many years of frontline nursing experience, she went on to serve as Dean of Nursing at Dawson College, where she helped shape the next generation of nursing professionals through a commitment to excellence in healthcare education. Laddi aslo served as the Executive Director of the Fulford Residence, a long-term care home in downtown Montreal, where she oversaw patient care, health care team leadership, and general operations. Later in her career, Laddi was selected to lead and manage the health teams of multiple highly-respected families in Montreal.
Her work continues to be guided by a belief that excellent healthcare begins with listening, understanding, and genuine human connection.
